Pan India shipping is FREE for products ordered on website.

For offline bulk orders , shipping will be applicable as per actual.

Shipping Pan India may take upto 5 - 9 working days depending on location . We have tie up with leading ecommerce logistics partners for timely and efficient delivery. Our team tracks every dispatch of order and make sures the same reaches our valuable customers on time.

Cash on Delivery is not operational. Only Prepaid payments are applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Baskets of Joy DOES NOT provide return or refund of purchase done unless the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped there is no return or refund provided.

All products are thoroughly quality checked before any dispatch.

Replacement / Refund is only provided if the product is received in a damaged condition during IN transit. For the same, opening video for the parcel is mandatory. Only sending pictures of the damaged product does not qualify for a return or refund.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
