Order Changes & Damaged Parcels
Baskets of Joy does not accept returns on delivered orders. Every product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch and packed with care.
Cancellations / changes: You can cancel or modify your order while it is still being prepared. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be changed. WhatsApp +91 9313289540 with your order number as soon as possible.
Damaged in transit: If your parcel arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund. A clear, continuous unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory - photos alone do not qualify. Please share the video on WhatsApp +91 9313289540 or email basketsofjoy2022@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Why We Do Not Offer Cash on Delivery
Roughly 37% of COD orders in India are not accepted by the customer and returned to the warehouse. As a small curated brand, we cannot absorb cash handling, reverse shipping, repacking and damage costs - which would mean a 13% price hike to fund COD. Prepaid Razorpay checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) keeps prices fair and predictable.
