Standard delivery is 5–9 working days PAN India. Metros are typically 5–6 days. Bulk orders ship within 3–5 working days of confirmation.

Free shipping is applicable only on orders placed through our website at the listed prices. For bulk orders, shipping charges are additional and will be charged at actuals based on the delivery location and order volume. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable deliveries across India and internationally. Shipping costs for bulk orders will be communicated before order confirmation.

All major UPI apps, credit & debit cards, net banking and digital wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is currently disabled to keep prices low and bulk timelines reliable.

We replace or refund any parcel damaged in transit. Record an unboxing video of the sealed parcel and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery to start a replacement.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns because every hamper is curated, packed and party-ready. Replacements/refunds are offered only for damaged-in-transit parcels with an unboxing video.

For last-minute orders, skip personalisation and pick a ready-to-ship themed hamper - most non-personalised orders dispatch in 1–2 working days. WhatsApp us the party date and city; if it's tight, we'll flag the fastest hampers for your pincode.
